The Direct Primary Care (DPC) model provides a meaningful alternative to fee-for-service insurance billing, typically by charging patients a monthly, quarterly, or annual fee (i.e., a retainer) that covers all or most primary care services including clinical, laboratory, consultative services, care coordination, and comprehensive care management services
It is innovative and improves access to high functioning healthcare. While most primary care services are typically covered, practices often suggest a supplemental, high-deductible plan to cover services that do not fall under the umbrella of primary care.
DPC benefits patients by providing substantial savings and a greater degree of access to, and time with, physicians.

The DPC model is appealing to a growing number of doctors. The Direct Primary Care Concierge Program enables physicians and advanced practitioners to offer direct primary care memberships to patients, providing predictable monthly revenue and simplified care delivery without insurance constraints. But most important, it allows providers to build stronger patient relationships through a subscription-based model that eliminates claim denials, prior authorizations, and administrative delays.
The Direct Pharmacy Concierge Program is a national pharmacy-driven clinical network that partners directly with independent pharmacies and healthcare providers to deliver local, membership-based care for patients. This model supports programs such as Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) all available for qualified patients. Initial pharmacy participation can quickly expand into these additional programs as eligibility grows.
Both programs operate in collaboration within an inclusive network, which serves as the inclusive payer and plan administrator for provider-based care and pharmacy programs. Together, these platforms simplify access, reimbursement, and program expansion across all participating providers and pharmacies.
There is no cost to participate, and enrollment is established through a simple participation agreement. Billing is handled for all qualified clinical encounters, with BIN-based billing coming soon to further streamline reimbursement directly through provider and pharmacy systems.
